A Paw Above Pet Salon and Doggie Spa

We had been bringing my German Shepard here for going on 2 years off and on. When we brought him as a puppy when he was smaller our experiences were great, as he’s gotten older and larger our great experiences have been less. Our dog has come home still very wet, smelly, and is always very itchy for days once he’s been groomed. I fully believe they very much prefer small dogs. We also have called 4 separate times the phone just rings no voicemail and tried to reach out via fb with no reply. If you have a large dog I would recommend trying somewhere else.

Very upset. We picked up our dog today and this is the second time she was cut too short and not how we asked. The staff is always very helpful and rights down what we ask to be done. We did not ask for a lions tail. We specifically ask that the tail be left fluffy. Her ears are got way too short. She will have to wear a sweater until her hair grows back or it gets warmer.

They put a towel on my dog's head to trim his nails. This easily could have suffocated him. This is just wildly inappropriate to endanger my dog's life. Her assistant yelled at me when I protested. This place is horrendous. If you value your pet's life, my pets are my children, don't bring them here. (I'm in no way immediately related to the other person with same last name.)

Took all 4 of my fur babies for grooming to this place for the first time. They all look great. Rebecca was very friendly and just great with my kids. Very reasonably priced. Great quality. Will definately go back again. So glad I found them.

Wonderful groomer!!!! Love that my little girl is so excited to pull in to the groomer. Past groomers she would cry and fuss, here she loves the ladies znd play time after. If you are looking for a groomer they are the best
