For convince and availability, definitely a go to; however, this is now our second visit and the inconsistency is noticeable. First, wanted to give them a try, and now after second visit I can confidently leave a review. My dog’s coat is uneven, his tail is… not pretty. This isn’t $80 work. All employees are nice but needs to be better. Going back to grooming him at home!
I’ve been to a few groomers. They were cool but they didn’t know how to actually groom a doodle’s face (if you know, you know). This is the first time I have seen my baby with an actual doodle cut. Her face, ears and little fro are perfect. She looks so cute! Miranda did an amazing job. I’m am literally over the moon with how she groomed my baby.
I have been bringing my Bichapoo to this location on and off for eight years. It seems there may be new staff members who are not as experienced. My husband brought our dog in today for grooming, and although it has been about six months since her last appointment, which is normal for us and she did look a mess. The staff called my husband stating they would need to shave her completely because she was “severely matted.” This is not accurate. I personally combed her out about two weeks ago when I was considering grooming her myself. It appears they may not have brushed her before bathing and blow-drying, which can actually create mats if not done properly. They then showed my husband a video that did not demonstrate a need to shave her bald and told him that refusing the shave could result
I was deeply upset when my boyfriend picked up my dog from the groomer. Typically, the owner's daughter grooms my dog and I have always had positive experiences with her. However, on this occasion, a different groomer was there and she informed me that my dog had some matting and would need to be shaved down. I was expecting a simple winter or summer cut, not a complete removal of my dog's fur. While I understand that the hair will grow back, I was still very hurt by the drastic change in my dog's appearance. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this groomer in the future as this experience was very disappointing for me.
We get our 2dogs groomed there. They keep a record of each Animal and grooming preferences. Sometimes theateyvery busy. Need to make appointments. We avoid nail dremel, as they often forget to cut the nails short first.
