I've been bringing my Big Boy here for 2 years now. He goes for boarding and grooming. I must say that Ishmael does a great job grooming my dog. His coat is always shiny and soft after his baths. He is also treated very well, because I know my big boy is very hyper and a handful, so I always appreciate the feedback. Their grooming prices and boarding prices are very reasonable priced as well.

I took my 5.5 month puppy there and it was not the best haircut but i understand if my puppy was being fidgety. He is a long haired dog. They half trimed his body and cut his nails, and did bathe him. His face was left untouched. When i asked questions about his experience, the groomer seemed annoyed by my simple, "how was he?" question. The groomer answered very defensivly when i was just trying to understand the process. Afterwards when I asked for tips to help him out for future groomings, they replied with, "get him sedated", and that just didnt sit right with me, after all my dog is still just a puppy. Perhaps this place is better suited for well behaved and regular ongoing dogs.

This place is lazier the more i bring my dogs .. things where good the first time the nicked my dogs in multiple spots and she’s a toy poodle, i let it pass bcuz they fake accommodated it. Then she had hair in her eyes for hours and the didn’t say anything until we noticed she was actn diff and took her back. To many simple mistakes. Now i take both my dogs and now it seems like they have an issue with booking them. I take my nephews ( 2 dogs) and my ( 2 dogs) bcuz sometimes the do good ( ROSE DOES) than you Rose this is not for you. The other two groomers and unprofessional, mixing times up and keep all of a sudden missing my dogs appointments. They tell me they can’t groom bcuz of personal reason with a staff person which clearly isn’t my concern. Today they had an app for 4pm and then w

I love this location! They’re all so welcoming and sweet. First visit was yesterday, Rose did an awesome job on my new dog. Thanks a lot 💜

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Just a wonderful experience. They have live bait and some pet supplies. Also offers live food. They're currently in the process of expanding their grooming services and should be up and running soon. They do excellent work with grooming pet's. Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Great place to go, your pet will love it.
