I can't say enough how thankful I am for this doctor and team getting my cat in so quickly when time was of the essence. My cat snuck out and came home hours later with a very deep wound, I called many places that did not have the time yesterday but when I called and told them what was going on they immediately got me a 2:30p appointment and by 9pm I was on my way home with my baby after surgery. The wait is long, so be prepared to sit and wait your turn for check-in and check-out. My animal recieved quality care here and I really think he saved my cats life. Thank you. 🙏

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. A and the staff at 610 Animal Hospital! My 14-year-old beagle, Charlie, developed a painful abscess on his lip, and while other vets told me it would be 2–3 days before he could be seen, Dr. A said “bring him in today at 5:30.” That alone showed the level of care and urgency they give to their patients. Dr. A took Charlie back right away, kept me updated every step of the process, and explained everything clearly. The staff stayed late to assist with draining, cleaning, and stitching Charlie’s lip — going truly above and beyond. Thanks to their compassion and dedication, Charlie is now feeling great and back to his normal happy self. We had to have surgery for our dog to have a mass removed. They went above and beyond to work with us and to help us get our dog feeling better. This is the first time we used them but certainly won’t be the last.

I’ve been coming here for some time but today was certainly different. My experience at this vet hospital was very uncomfortable due to the poor customer service I received. The person assisting me (I believe they were an assistant) couldn’t go over the summary sheet nor did the Doctor explain what I was being charged for, but wanted me to hurry up to pay the bill. None of the medications were explained to me, and every question I asked was met with “I don’t know” or “It’s a blood test’” You stated in my summary that my fur baby is dehydrated and recommend a IV but you all did nothing. When asked about it there was no transparency. Just a short answer, “No” as in no they didn’t do an IV. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but guess what I had a LONG day too and I didn’t treat you h

We've looked around for a vet we trust and have been to many in the area. Dr. A is honest, great with my pets and is a good value. I've always been surprised with how inexpensive treatments are. *Update: we've been going here for over a year and have added a pet to the family. Dr. A and their staff have been compassionate and helpful throughout. My cat came home limping and they were willing to stay open late if needed. They have gotten us in same-day many times for routine treatments. Our dogs are Mastiffs and the office is always familiar with their special needs.
