When our regular vet unexpectedly canceled our euthanasia appointment at the last minute, we were devastated and scrambling. Our dog was in a lot of pain, and this office was able to fit us in right away even though we had never been there before. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly emotionally in tune with what we were going through. They treated our dog with such gentle, loving care and handled everything with patience and respect during one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. I’m truly grateful to this team for making us feel supported, cared for, and not alone during such a painful time. Thank you to everyone there for your kindness and compassion — it meant more than I can put into words.

Place is good and the team is caring. But 2/2 appointments now, I have waited 15-35 minutes after appointment time just to be seen by a vet tech. Both times I was one of two in the lobby, so not a particularly busy day. They are great, but just recognize the Appnt times are long in duration.

For awareness, it can cost $63 for anal gland expression at this vet. Will not take my dog back after 3 years of going there. I read other reviews about the up charges lately. I called ahead and confirmed the price on the phone. I was charged double that for my dog being back for 3 minutes. It's completely in affordable and I would not recommend. No excuse reply needed from 2nd ave either.

I was a brand new client online is served free wellness exams for new client so I book both of my cats a appointment same day I get to the front of the counter and I asked the receptionist lady is my appointment under wellness exam and she said yes the only thing I would pay for is the medication in the vaccines if I were to get them I end up getting my cats some medicine that the doctor told me would be $32.50 for each cat I get to the front to pay for the medication and the receptionist tells me is 280. I said what am I paying 284 when I only got medication she said it for the diagnostic exam I said I never got a diagnostic exam. I’m here for the wellness exam and it says online that the wellness exam is free. so she went to the back to fix my price. She only gave one of my cats, a free
