24/7 petvets was so helpful when it came to the care of our pets and recommended us to go to our pets vet when needed. They saved us monet and time when it was important to us. When it came time to put our precious baby (Mila) down they were so supportive for a emergency vet when they did not have to. The paw prints we received was the third hardest thing we had to do. The second was picking up her ashes. The receptionist was very respectful to us and our feelings. We will not take our pets anywhere else.

I had to take my pup to the emergency hospital and the experience was excellent. The staff was very professional, organized, and upfront about everything that was going on. The vet was very direct and focused with the treatment, which I appreciated because you could tell he was there to take care of the animals and do his job. My pup was in pretty bad shape when we brought her in, but thanks to their care she was able to come home with us after an overnight stay. I’m really grateful for the team and everything they did for her. Thank you for helping our pup when she needed it most.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Fast, effective and affectionate! My dog had trouble urinating and we took him in around 7 pm on a Sunday, received treatment and medication and was gone by 930. My regular vet highly recommends this place and I will now as well! Thank you all for everything you do.

I can't say whether or not they are good at saving lives, I did not visit for an illness. But I can tell you that they were so accommodating when we couldn't remove the compression bandage from my kitties arm after being released from a 3 day stay. His poor little paw was swollen and he's a big guy, previously spicy during his hospital stay. The nice gal working there late Friday night said if he was good with strangers there would be no charge just to remove it but if he was spicy and sedation came into play that would be different. She took him back and returned about 2 minutes later saying he was really good! No trouble at all! So I give them 5 stars for being kind, accommodating and quick! There was nobody in the lobby. It was clean and well lit. Thank you for helping us out!!! A

Brought my cat Penelope here and the team was amazing. They handled her with so much patience and care (even when she was being a little diva). It’s clear they genuinely love animals and treat them like family. So grateful to have a place like this in Fresno! Penelope and I both highly recommend!
