Zoomania

This place was a lovely small petstore. I would have given it a 5 but one member of staff in particular didn't seem to want to be bothered by anyone and would rather sit and BS with friends or on their phone. The gentleman working there, I wish I could remember his name, was absolutely lovely, very good customer service skills, nice to talk to and more than happy to help with anything needed. I would give him 5 stars, hands down. The other employee left a sour taste in my mouth. I ended up getting a cornsnake from there and it's healthy and I've had no issues with it. Their animals seem to be in good health and most enclosures were very suitable for the animals. Some very cute kitties waiting to be adopted as well!

We came in yesterday, talked to staff about the cats they have for a bit, and decided on one that we were going to put an application in for and come visit in a few days, I discussed this directly with them. I came in today with the application and they said this cat is bonded so I have to take two cats. We cannot take two cats. My 6 year old picked her. This was completely avoidable. They never mentioned they were package deal. We would have never even considered her if they had told me. Not getting her because we aren't approved or someone else did is understandable. But having to tell my daughter we aren't getting her and it being a mistake on their part is upsetting. Driving an additional, unnecessary hour today to get the application in is upsetting. Great place with friendly staff. They must have moved to a new location because it doesn't look like the pictures on google. The lady that helped me was so friendly and sweet. Two thumbs up. Its a little out of the way from my location but i really enjoyed being there. They had a couple tortoises walking around it was cool as heck

I tried finding them at first when they were moving, they had a lot on sale when I did find their new location. I have since gone back and enjoy seeing all the new products for great prices.

The guinea pigs Ive gotten at Zoomania have been healthy and very well cared for. Lovely little animals.
