Rainey was a new patience and I was able to receive a home visit within days. Explain how difficult Rainey would be. This is why I needed a home visit to make to make her more comfortable. Excellent customer service, was very patient and comfortable with Rainey. Last Vet told me don't bring my dog back. Will definitely be using them as long as they continue to give my baby the great service.

I feel like I finally found a veterinarian I will stay with. It began with the very first phone call that was answered promptly by a woman who was over and above kind, the assistant who took us back was very kind and compassionate with our cat, and the visit with Dr. Koch was very comforting as I did not feel like I did not agree with how my cat’s health problems should be handled. We have unfortunately without going into detail or names, a bad experience somewhere else and I can just feel that this will not be the case here. As I mentioned above, it means a lot when starting at the front desk down to the staff and the veterinarian, a sense of compassion and professionalism is a welcome experience.

We love Koch Veterinary Services. Was able to assist us on a short notice appointment. Several weeks later we need to use a Vet ER service, Dr Koch called daily to follow up on treatment and give guidance. You have no idea how helpful that was to us. Will recommend to anyone needing a vet.

Dr. Koch was amazing and incredibly patient with my three dogs. Her staff was friendly, professional, and very understanding throughout the entire process, especially when it came to getting their shots. My chihuahua was anxious about having his blood drawn, but they were flexible with my work schedule and arranged multiple visits to make sure he stayed as calm and stress-free as possible with each visit, until they were finally able to get the blood drawn. The entire team handled each dog with care, kept me informed with timely updates on lab results, and made the experience far easier than a traditional vet visit. All three dogs clearly felt comfortable interacting with the staff. I highly recommend their services based on how gentle, accommodating, and professional they were.

We love Koch vet!!!! They helped turn my very sick German Shepherd into his normal self! After thousands of dollars and multiple vet visits! One visit with Koch vet and he is so much better! We will be forever clients and I can’t thank them enough for giving me my boy back!
