Zelda's Pet Grooming

Experience at Zelda's was great. I was able to take in my American Bully Suki for a dog bath. I wasn't expecting to be able to bring her in on a Saturday, but it looked like they had openings so I was able to take her in. I was a little worried about her since this was her first time. They did let me know she was a good girl but was scared of the blow dryer. Which is fair for her since we tend to towel dry here for baths at home. The all the staff I interacted with were super friend and it seemed like Suki had a good time. Will be taking her back there again! A clean pup!

Amazing experience here. Last night my cat walked right over my wax melter and got wax all over her tummy and burned her skin!! it was 1am so there was not much I could do. As soon as i woke up i called Zelda’s and they said they could get me in right away and they even had a cat groomer there. I had to go to work so I called my friend and had her take my kitty over. They shaved all the wax off in 10 mins and even sang to my cat to make her more comfortable. She is wax free and very happy. I am grateful for the cat groomers gentle hands and experience dealing with sensitive cat skin. THANK you zelda’s!

I am deeply disappointed with the grooming services provided for my two mini Australian Shepherds. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite explicitly instructing the groomer not to shave my double-coated dogs and to leave their tails untouched, they were shaved down, and over three inches of hair was taken off their perfect tails. The trimming was incredibly choppy and botched, leaving them looking uneven and poorly groomed. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund or at least a discount for the subpar service, the groomer outright refused. This level of customer service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Furthermore, after bringing my dogs home, I discovered that soap was still left in both of their coats, indicating a rushed and careless job. This not o

Dani is amazing she takes such great care of our pups and always sends me pictures of them. They always come out so CUTE also! Highly highly highly recommend Zelda’s for your pet, you will not be disappointed!
