Kelly does an excellent job with my two small dogs. She’s always cheerful and professional and I trust her with my dogs. A great place for excellent service!

So I read all the reviews first and decided to give it a try because how can a small fraction of individuals have had such a bad experience over the large majority? Sadly I understand some tend to be self entitled or want something for nothing, or maybe it really was a shame on you attitude that the owner or worker had, not my place to judge. But I can say that I had a very good experience, my dog who is often anxious when I leave her, was still a little anxious but I stayed, and the patient demeanor and gentle voice of the groomer was more important to me than the cost of waiting time. Sometimes we just have to make sacrifices when we choose to use a service that we are unwilling to do ourselves. The people who work here are amazing. We just stopped in for a nail trim but we have an appointment for grooming in a few weeks. Our pups always come home looking so clean and cute. I really can't say enough good things about Your Pets.
