I brought my dog in with salmon poisoning after they found me an appointment same-day. I had no idea salmon poisoning was a thing but after hearing from others apparently my dog would have died within days had the team not reacted so quickly and squeezed her in. All the staff members were so sweet, and when I was in the lobby waiting I saw the doctor and practice manager both personally come out to talk to clients, while it seemed surgery was going on, too. The team seemed close knit, which I can only assume contributed to their efficiency and communication. The wait time was inconsequential, and the techs had a way of making me feel less scared for my baby. They even sent me home with information sheets about salmon poisoning. My visit was amazing! Everyone was so kind to me, and so sweet to my furbaby. He got so much attention and love, and as a pet owner, that means everything. The woman at checkout was incredible. She did not get irritated when I was asking questions, she instead, took the time to explain everything to me, as well as scheduled the next 4 of my appointment for both of my dogs. Coming from someone who left their previous vet, because it was not a good experience, driving an hour out of my way to get my dog the proper care with kind people, is the best decision I could have made. I look forward to my next visit

I brought Oreo in for UTI symptoms and they were so helpful and educated me on Oreos condition and the possibilities of his condition. The staff was kind and understanding. They treated not only me but also Oreo with only respect. It was affordable and they were very transparent with me about the cost the entire time. Highly recommend!

I brought my 10 month old cat here for an emergency and the staff who first helped me were really kind. They took him inside right away and after about 10 minutes told me he needed to be rushed to an emergency hospital 30 minutes away. I paid $113 for the visit and left immediately because it was a life-threatening situation. I was extremely emotional and didn’t feel safe driving, so I had a family member pick me up and take me to the emergency hospital. I left my car in their parking lot while I was trying to save my cat’s life. When I came back later, my car was being towed. I called and was told to wait for the manager to get back to see if it could be fixed. After waiting two hours and calling again, I was told they wouldn’t help with the towing fee.
