I have been a long time customer of this store, but have never written a review. (Sorry, Tammy) The staff is always friendly and helpful, whenever I am there. The warehouse guys are right there to happily load your car or truck. They also greet you as you drive in and park. I was there yesterday buying canned cat for my 19 year old retired barn cat, James. He and his sister Jessie, who died last year, were dumped on the ranch as 6 week old kittens. They started living in my upper barn, after they freaked out when I brought them to the house. Their mama must have been a barn cat. They were vaccinated, spayed and neutered, and one day they migrated down to the arena, where they happily lived in my heated tack room until the age of 12 when I decided it was time to retire them. Went to get dog/cat food and an after surgery collar for the animals today. I love that every time I come in I’m always asked if I need help with anything especially when it comes time to check out. I typically have a 30/50lb of dog food and then cat food, sometimes I feel strong and decline the help, other times I take the help happily. Well today was a “strong” day which turned out to be wrong, as I was trying to throw everything into the back of my truck two of the guys came huddling over to help as always!! Will forever be getting my pet supplies from this store!!

This is the right business to provide most of what I need on my farm. Quality products, competitive prices, great customer service from the owners and staff, very friendly people. It's a local business that strengthens the local economy. We need to support them to stay strong in the face of globalizing, corporate trends that ultimately offer less-than-stellar products.

Great friendly and helpful place. The item i needed is only sold in store in Baimbridge Island, Olympia and Colorado. So wonderful I could get it there.

Very awesome place! Not only did I get a free cat here once but they take the time to actually talk to you. Here’s a picture of Charlie the cat we got :)
