This is my husbands email, my name is Julytza Arroyo. I called your store because I was interested in buying a turtle. During the call, I asked about prices, tank options, and general care, since I’m a beginner and wanted to make sure I provided a good home for my turtle. I was advised to text a picture of what I planned to buy, so I sent one of a small decorative turtle tank from Amazon. The person I spoke with told me that setup wasn’t suitable and recommended purchasing the tank kit sold in your store, mentioning that with it, the turtle would be free. When I came in, I spent about $289.00, but since I chose a painted turtle, the turtle wasn’t free. I was okay with that because I trusted your advice and wanted to do things the right way. Bought a striped knee tarantula, looked like a juvenile in healthy condition. They had a great selection of spiders to choose from. The store was stocked with everything you need for your exotic pet, and we plan to go back when our ball python is ready for a new enclosure. They had many beautiful snakes! Customer service wasn't the best. We were looked at when we walked in and then someone came around messing with the enclosures in our vicinity, but said nothing to us. It felt like "let me go keep an eye out" more than it was "I'm here if you need any assistance."

Extremely patient and knowledgeable staff. Especially for a first time owner like me! Store is clean & feels more like the reptile area of a zoo! Drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up a PVC enclosure and was blown away by this store. The animals were healthy, clean enclosures, wide variety and very decently priced. The staff was incredibly helpful in store, as well as on the phone and Facebook messenger. The owner was awesome too and I enjoyed chatting with him for a few minutes. This store is the bar all exotics shops should aspire too.

Back in early November, we had a house fire and lost pretty much everything we owned. Thankfully my 4 year old daughter heard fire and got our bearded dragon out to safety. Her tank exploded and we were scrambling trying to figure out what to do with her. We had the clothes on our backs and nothing else. I found this store and called to see about reptile sitting. They were beyond amazing. I cannot express how thankful I am that they took care of our girl for about a month. They cut us a deal on the reptile sitting, which really really helped us, as we had to buy a whole new enclosure and everything that goes with it. They helped set us up with a tank and everything else we needed when we picked up our girl. I am so thankful this store exists because I couldn't imagine having to rehome our
