My 11.5 year old Golden Lab has several medical issues including Diabeties and the staff here were amazing! They explained things in a way I could understand and their level of care and compassion with my dog was super sweet! I feel like my dog’s care is in great hands here. Thank you!

This vet was suggested to me by the humane society because they were an emergency pet care clinic. I call them ingot a automated system which took about 5 to 10 minutes to get through leaving all my information for them.So they could reach me , and at the end , they said someone will call back shortly , never got a call back. So\nI called them back again.Went through everything with the automated system.Once again , never received a call back. Meanwhile , my pet was in pain , and from my point of view was on the verge of dying. Way to tell the next day called again with the automated system.Still , no call back with a yes , we can help you know , we can't help you or go somewhere else NOTHING! Not very compassionate or caring.If it was my recommendation and you need your pet to see someon
