My maltese, Ziggy, got the most adorable grooming today! His tail was very badly matted and the groomer patiently combed out his tail, only stopping when he showed signs of irritation. If you want a groomer that will listen to the needs of your dog, this is the place to go. She also educated us on proper nail care without making us feel guilty for not getting his nails clipped as often as we should. This was an extremely positive experience and I can’t wait for Ziggy’s next appointment with Woofz n Wagz!

Disappointing experience and poor transparency. I booked a same-day grooming appointment and paid an $80 deposit. Nowhere on the website did it state that vaccination records were required, and this was never mentioned during booking. Service was refused due to lack of vaccination documents. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to refund my deposit, citing a no-refund policy. However, this was a same-day booking, and the appointment could not be honored due to a requirement that was not disclosed in advance. Had this been clearly stated on the website or at the time of booking, I would not have proceeded. This feels unfair and misleading. Staff is friendly. She did a great job being the fact that my dog is sensitive to grooming. I highly recommend this place. He smells really good too.

Brought Pepito to have his nails trimmed. Staff was friendly and took care of us immediately. His groomer was great and made him feel at ease. Was purring up a storm by the end.
