THUMPING TAILS LLC

We just moved to the area recently from the city, finding and signing up for Thumping Tails was quick and easy. Michael reached out via text right away after we requested more information, and our sweet boy had a new walking service right away. The app and flexibility is perfect, photo updates and our walker Kelsey is amazing. Our pup loves his daily walk and walker. Pricing is similar to all others in the area. We are busy with our work schedules, so having the app to modify reservations both existing and new is a huge help. 5 stars

We are a multi-household Thumping Tails user! Thumping Tails supports our family by taking such good care of our animal companions so we don't ever have to worry! Several of the Thumping Tails team members have been our consistent dog walkers- even though our schedule constantly changes. They are patient and persistent, as one of our dogs can be reactive or afraid of leaving the house with someone new. They follow the instructions we leave, which can be complicated. They always go that extra step- taking care to share about our dogs' experiences with them. We love their notes and their photographs of our dogs on their walks. We can't say enough about our experiences with Thumping Tails. One even braved petting one of our cats- who is lovely, but tends to bite when pet. When we received the

love thumping tails. amazing - they are incredibly customer friendly and supportive of a pet owner's needs. very responsive to issues as they arise. the dog walkers definitely really "get" our dog, understood his needs and how to handle him. they have made the whole experience of caring for our pet while we're out working during the day incredibly convenient and frictionless. i really love this company! and i love the little "report cards" they share with us through the app at the end of every walking session.

Michael and the dog walkers have been on time, kind and reliable. Our dog is happy to see the dog walkers and they are enthusiastic to see her. Michael and all the dog walkers accommodate schedule changes and anything else we need for our dog. We recommend Thumping Tails without reservation!

Thumping Tails is the best! Always so accommodating and our girl, Cali loves her team. Her and Kelsey have a special bond, as well as all of the other walkers that fill in are awesome! We know our girl is in good hands and that’s all that matters!
