Lots of pet options and helpful staff. I had to grab a new spotted pictus catfish and the had 7 three inchers at 16.99 I grab one to replace my 8 year old one that moved on to the big fishbowl in the sky.

We love letting our lab swim here and then give him a bath where we can dry him. However, since we’ve been coming here (4 years) it has gone downhill! Pool is ok, definitely has chemicals, the bathing area has definitely taken a hit… water is lukewarm at best & that’s being kind. Blowers used to have nozzles, now there are none. Staff wearing baggy sweatpants, I understand it’s a pet store but is that what you want to portray as a business?

Ashley Welch is absolutely wonderful! She is so gentle, patient, and caring with my dog, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. My sweet Winnie always looks amazing after a grooming session. Ashley also takes the time to make sure Winnie feels comfortable, which gives me peace of mind. I couldn’t ask for a better groomer!

Bought 2 rats from here 2 days ago and one of them passed away last night. Sold us a sick rat, don’t purchase from here. They make you sign a waiver so you can’t get a refund no matter what. Tried making it seem like it was my fault when according to our vet it was a pre-existing condition that was there before purchase. Highly unprofessional

Absolutely love it! We go here consistently and they are the sweetest! My bunnies get their nails trimmed here and the team is always patient and gentle with them, and I've never had an issue. They love seeing the chickens and they have such so many different bunny friendly toys.
