K9 Kaos

We love sending our pup here when we get stuck in the office all day. She is honestly so excited to show up in the morning. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to help when you get in a bind. Our only complaint is that black labs can be hard to tell apart in the photos they take every day, but that is a black lab issue. Here she is after getting home from K9

I’ve had wonderful experiences at K9 Kaos in the past with my previous two dogs, which is why I returned with my new puppies. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I have two Shipoos, both under 7 lbs. I asked for a full body trim, but was told this could not be done because it was their first visit. As a result, they were bathed and combed, with only very minimal trimming done to their faces and backsides. Their bodies were not trimmed at all, and they honestly hardly look groomed beyond a basic bath. I was charged $80 per dog for this service. Just four months ago, my previous Shih-poo (about 6 lbs) received a full body groom here for $65. Given how little trimming was done this time, the price difference feels extreme and unexpected. The staff is friendly and helpful, they eased my anxiety of leaving my puppy. When we picked him up he was soaking wet, filthy and tired ❤️ doggy daycare was a success and he will be going twice a week.

I really like bringing Lucy to K9 Chaos. She loves it there and can't hardly wait to get there. The staff is always friendly and smiling- everyone of them. My only minor complaint is not getting food containers back. After not getting 2 of them back I switched to ziplock bags so I don't need to worry about it. We just got our pup home from a week long boarding session over the holidays. This was the second time we did a week long boarding at this facility. The first time we boarded our 2 pups and they both came home with Kennel cough and one developed into pneumonia. While we suspected they got it while boarding (dogs never leave our property or interacted with other dogs due to inter-home aggression) we didn’t want to write a bad review or accuse as we understand it can happen. No one ever contacted us to say they had a situation but looking at reviews from that time period they did in fact have an issue. Move forward 2 years later and here we are again with a sick dog wheezing and coughing. On top of this our pup takes medications daily to control his Addison disease. Something that is cruc
