I can’t say enough wonderful things about Woof Beach and Cameron, the head trainer, in particular! They truly take the time to listen to my experiences, understand my pups’ personalities, and guide me with thoughtful, practical advice. Every session leaves me feeling more confident, and the progress my dogs have made has been incredible. The support, patience, and expertise they bring to each interaction has made all the difference. I’m so grateful for the positive outcomes we’ve achieved together. Highly recommend!

We adopted a Saint Bernard with a lot issue's, so we was looking for a training place we could trust! I remembered mine former bosses doges, was very good behaved and she told me, she got them trained at Woofbeach in Batavia. So we made our appointment with Cameron and we seeing him and Issak for a couple weeks, and there did an amazing job with Jack! He has changed and is getting better and better each time we are there! We are so happy, we able to have found Cameron to help us, to make Jack a good dog again! Thank you so much!!!

This is for the Self-service dogwash machine. The people I spoke to were friendly and I haven't gotten my dog trained or groomed or boarded here so I can't comment on that. The self-service dog wash is kind of like a vending machine setup where you put in cash or tap your credit card. The area the machine was in had a very strong pee-ish odor. The machine itself had a plexiglass front rim which was partially broken, providing a hole for a dog to jump out of, and there wasn't a way to close the hole. There was a small piece of plexiglass that I was a little worried about accidentally pushing my dog into when I was blocking the hole with my body. The plexiglass attaches to a metal frame and it looked like there was algae growing in between the frame and plexiglass. The 24/7 idea is

Came in just over a week ago to use the self serve dog wash (our second time). The room is always a bit dirty and the plexiglass of the dog wash is broken leaving a hole any small to medium dog can try to jump out through. This last time the machine was totally out of shampoo. We did the best we could with just water and conditioner - I called and left a voicemail asking to get a credit to redo the bath when they fixed it. Never heard back.

We had our 10 month old GSD here for a board and train for 5 weeks and we are so happy! From our consultation with Austin, great communication with Cameron and Jess and the wonderful girls that fed, loved and played with her at daycare. Emily groomed her and she looks so good! This place is 100% trustworthy and honest. Our girl came home socialized and learned basic commands on and off leash. Definitely recommend for training, boarding, daycare and grooming.
