Batavia Animal Clinic has been amazing with my dog, Daisy Mae. Every time we visit, they take the time to really listen to my concerns and talk everything through until I feel completely comfortable with the plan. They explain things in a way that’s easy to understand and never make me feel rushed. You can tell how much they genuinely love animals - it's in the way they interact with Daisy and how personable and caring they are with me as well. I’m so grateful to have a vet team that treats us like family.

Dr. Magnuson and the vet assistant Meghan are by far two of the most wonderful people at your clinic. i know i can count on Dr. Magnuson to be honest and educational during our appointments. She shows me where my pet is in pain and explains the problem and puts it into relatable terms. She then offers me solutions and explains why they might work and lets me confidently make an educated decision on my own. I have full trust and nothing but appreciation for her. Beyond that, she is so friendly and personable and makes you feel welcome the moment you meet her. Meghan is extremely talented and welcoming as well. I just took my 3rd pet to Batavia Animal Clinic, and had a really great experience as always. I’ve had appointments with all 3 doctors and they are ALL wonderful. They listen, answer questions thoroughly, and are very caring towards the animals and their pet parents. The support staff are very caring and efficient as well.

The best veterinary clinic I have ever received care from. They are genuinely there to help, Dr. Weidner is just incredible with my senior, diabetic cat. The receptionist, Elizabeth, has gone out of her way twice now to reach out to us and help me get Lulu in immediately when she has been ill. She always remembers Lulu and asks to say hi and pet her, which means so much to me. We will continue to come here for all of our veterinary needs!!

I brought my dog to Batavia Animal Clinic for vomiting and clear neurological symptoms, including disorientation, difficulty with stairs, balance issues, Nystagmus, and other abnormal behavior. I specifically expressed concern that this seemed more serious than a simple stomach issue. The veterinarian dismissed these concerns and diagnosed it as an upset stomach. No diagnostic testing was performed. My dog was given fluids, Cerenia, and Apoquel (an allergy medication), and we were sent home. By the next day, his symptoms worsened. He developed a head tilt, ongoing ataxia (loss of coordination), refused food, and his urine became dark. I took him to a trusted animal hospital, where he was admitted and monitored for neurological and systemic concerns that were not addressed during the init
