Woof 'n Tails

I came in with no idea what I wanted (I was getting a gift for someone) and Dave took the time to explain the dog treats to me, where they were made, and why they're healthy. I appreciate his time greatly and it was lovely to meet Bailey the German shepherd. I'll be back for all my pet related needs!

Dave, the store owner, has outstanding customer service. He carries a variety of pet foods & if he doesn't have it in stock, he'll order for you. I use a special brand dog food that's not carried at any big stores for my 2 girls, and Dave always has my order ready. Makes it easy to just pick up, pay, and go. There's plenty of parking and he's in a very good location. I'm truly happy I found Woof n Tails relatively quickly after moving here. Dave will continue to be the only one I use for my babies' supply. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I reached out to Dave at Woof 'n Tails because I wanted to be a more conscious consumer and am focusing my purchasing power on supporting local small businesses. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Dave was kind and friendly, and went out if his way to confirm that all the items I regularly need for my pet were ones he could stock and provide at a competitive price. I haven't stopped singing his praises since! I know the auto ship Chewy set up is convenient, but knowing that my dollars are staying right here in my community, and going to a real person instead of big box store shareholders is irreplaceable. My wife took our son to Woof ‘n Tails to pick up some treats for our Labrador’s birthday. When she came home, she had a sizable stuffed animal that the store owner had give to our son for free. My son absolutely loved it and asked us if we could go back to “the dog store.” This level of customer service is never expected, but always appreciated. While this was our first time shopping at Woof ‘n Tails and I can confidently say that we will be returning after this wonderful experience.
