Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Waterside

Absolutely the BEST grooming experience! We had the most wonderful experience at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Waterside, and I truly can’t say enough good things. The owner, Lauren, is absolutely amazing — warm, professional, and clearly someone who genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners. You can feel the love the moment you walk in. Kenzie’s groomer, Tallulah, was incredible. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she understood Kenzie’s needs. The result? The cutest haircut we could have ever imagined. Kenzie looks perfect — clean, soft, beautifully shaped, and still very “her.” 🐾💕 Kenzie was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for when we picked her up, which says everything. It’s such a relief to find a place

If I could give a -10 I would. My 4lb dog was at this location for 4 hours. I asked for a teddy hair cut the day before Christmas and go a poodle cute. Didn't even realize my baby. It was also mid shaped and long in some areas and she was almost shaved to her skin. They cut her face to where I didn't know it was my dog. I gave clear instructions for an Asian style teddy cut. 3.45 hours later I got an unrecognized dog for Christmas!!!! I also sent a email and still haven't heard back. !!! Never again !!! I can’t say enough great things about Woofgang & our groomer!!!! As an over protective dog mom (yes I said it :)) it’s so hard to give your fur babies to anyone - much less to groom. I always know they are in the best of hands with the staff here - especially their groomer Miranda. She always does such an amazing job of listening to my requests, communicating and making them feel loved! I fully trust her for the groom and with my fur babies. management is also amazing… Lauren is the best!!!! Amazing products, super sweet staff, easy scheduling, and always so clean!!!

Got a mini groom. Was able to get an appointment the same day, and my dog Dolly seemed to really like the groomer, I think her name was Courtney. Idk what shampoo they used, but she is sooo soft and fluffy!!

I’m very very happy with the grooming services done on my two pups, especially my curmudgeon senior pup! Miranda is AWESOME 👏🏻
