I have been a customer for many years even when l moved away from The location l will use the sun tree location Fl for my pet . However my last experience was from far good . I had my maltepoo MaiKa service by a new groomer it was discussed that l wanted the same grooming as always and l specify do not touch the tail. When l went to pick up my little one she was brought out from the cashier not the groomer , when l saw Mayka l was in shock and in tears when l saw my baby with the tail completely shave and also the ears cut extremely short - i express my discontent, the cashier say she will have the manager called me . I never receive a call from the store manager even after a called the following day l still waiting for a call . The groomer did not walk the dog out to me after the groom

We have brought our goldendoodle puppy here three times and today will be the last. She was scheduled for a full groom on Wednesday and when we arrived her groomer told us it would be 4-5 hours because they were so busy and she would have to be in a crate. We rescheduled for first appointment today. We explained all our wishes, including to only cut 1” off her body, confirmed no crating and signed the required form. (We have repeatedly been told by this same groomer that we are “dream dog parents” because we brush our doodle every day to prevent matting. She was “snarl free” except for a few tiny hairs between her toes. He said that would not be a problem and is common among longer kept doodles.) Nice place for your pet grooming. Friendly staff which is great when you walk into a retail store. One stop shopping for your pet snacks and our groomer Manny was fantastic. It’s nice when your pet comes out and his tail is not between his legs. Charlie was real happy and looked great. Thanks guys.

It’s mine and my pups first time ever going to a groomer and they were absolutely wonderful. From scheduling over the phone and working a day and time to meeting our groomer, Manny, who was honest and worked with me and answered any questions I had. My pup walked in nervous but came out wagging her tail with a big smile on her face. Her haircut is so amazing and so cute, it was exactly what I wanted if not better (see the before and after photos) the price fit the budget and to top off they have so many snacks/treats! I highly recommend coming here and from my personal experience we will continue to bring my pup to see Manny!! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience for not just me but my pup as well!

They did an amazing job! We’ve taken our girl here twice now to be groomed and will absolutely continue coming back. The team is professional, kind, and accommodating — and that kind of care does not go unnoticed. It’s such a relief to find people who treat both pets and their humans with genuine kindness.
