Incredible is the best single word to describe my experience here. I had the unfortunate opportunity to need the services of Pet Passages and despite the reason for needing them being not so incredible, the interactions with the staff and entire experience was incredible. My need for their services was sudden and they were happy and able to accommodate me and my 4 legged friend. From the first phone call, to the drop off, and to the receiving of the ashes, Candace and the rest of the staff were nothing but kind, compassionate, accommodating, and professional. I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. We lost our boy Chino unexpectedly and Paw Passages went above and beyond to make this difficult process as smooth as it could be. They handled everything for us in our time of grief. On pick up day I had the pleasure to sit with Candi and talk about my sweet boy, we shared stories of our fur babies, and it was truly healing.
