Unresponsive and bad experience. Had a Sunday appt, they called me to see if I could come early so the groomer could leave early. Agreed, Show up and there was a miscommunication about still needing the rabies shot paperwork. This was never mentioned when booking the appt and of course my vet is closed sundays. They turned us away after being accommodating to their staff needs. My dog is a less than 5lb yorkie that had no issues the first visit where they let us get groomed with the paperwork we had. Seems convenient for the groomer would wanted to leave early anyway. Reached out twice to try and get help on the situation and crickets.

Have been taking our Yorkies here for about two years and love them. Groomers always do a great job and everyone we have come in contact with is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them.

This place always did great grooming services for my standard poodle. Services are worth it. Unfortunately, I was treated with the worst customer service and at $160 a service, I will not spend that money to be treated in the way that I was. I always booked my service 6 weeks out and on 12/19 I had my regular appointment for my dog. I live in Royse city and commute to Sacshe. I-30 being the lovely highway that it is was completely stalled out and I knew I was going to be about 30 minutes behind. I called before my appointment time to let them know I was stuck in horrible traffic (with my standard poodle in the car- so already stressful) and that it was probably best I reschedule. I went to Wolfgang Bakery for 10 years. I started going there when my first Pekingese was very young, but he has since passed. I have a new little girl and little boy Pekingese that I take there and I have always made my appointments on time for the last four years. The one time I didn’t was because I had an emergency in my family and I could not make the appointment and they were so rude to me that they said they could not groom my dogs anymore! Are you kidding me? The owner “Carrie” is not a nice person! She told me I could no longer bring my dogs to her to be groomed and she always sounds stressed out so she’s in the wrong business. Use this business at your own risk!

I can’t say enough good things about Woof Gang! My dog always comes home looking and smelling amazing, and you can tell they truly care about the animals they work with. The staff are patient and take the time to make sure each grooming session is a positive experience. They listen to what you want, offer helpful advice about coat care, and pay attention to every detail. The salon is always clean, organized, and welcoming. I highly recommend Woof Gang to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented groomer who genuinely loves dogs :)
