Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Palm Desert

I had the greatest grooming experience here! I just moved back to the desert and was looking for a new groomer and I found this place just right down the street from me. Let me start off with the day before the appt, they call to confirm, which I really appreciated and was much needed. Then the time of the appt came and outside they have a cutely decorated easel that says "Welcome to" with my dogs name on it (and others that have grooming services scheduled for that day). I felt like that was such a great touch to make the experience more personable. The staff is really welcoming and informative about any questions I had and they kept me updated with when my dog would be ready for pick up. They were also pretty thorough in asking about how I wanted my dogs hair cut, asking about the ears,

Love the folks working here! They took great care of my pup. Took their time to make sure he was comfortable, and what I most appreciate is that they kept me updated. They communicated with me, which is rare these days. They also just love dogs, so thats a big plus. XD I'm looking forward to seeing them again.

We had to travel from WA to Palm Desert unexpectedly and brought our dog (Lucky) with us. He was overdo for a groom. Found Woof Gang during a Starbucks run. Glad I did. I can’t say enough about the awesome experience it was. I could tell Lucky was in good hands with Anesley. Ansley was professional and was able to tell me what I wanted with Lucky’s cut, and it was an amazing job! Highly recommend, hope to get another cut before returning to WA in a few weeks. Was surprised this cut was less than what we pay in WA. This cut was much higher quality than our groomer in WA.

Bella had a great grooming experience. I am very happy with how clean she is, and how good she smells. Bella is super anxious and the staff were very friendly and loving to her. The store is adorable and there are so many bakery treats to choose from. We will definitely be back.

We just tried Woof Gang for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Everyone is caring and Daisy, the groomer, spent time greeting us and our dog and discussing what we wanted her to do. Our little Angel came out great and she did exactly what we asked. The place is cute, and clean, and everyone courteous. They sent Angel home with a little bag of their treats. Would definitely return.
