I would avoid this place if you care about the quality of your dog’s grooming. We’re new to town and chose this place based on their “great” Google reviews. Unfortunately, we later learned they encourage 5-star reviews by offering free treats, which makes those ratings feel misleading. At drop-off, we provided clear instructions and a reference photo from our dog’s previous groom. I understand that every groomer has a different style and skills, but for $120 plus tip (a price that wasn’t disclosed until the end of the appointment), I expected a reasonably professional result. This was the first time we used Woof Gang for grooming services. The only time I’ve gone to the store was to buy treats for my do. We were very happy with everything. I was able to easily book an appointment online the day before. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My doggie was groomed well and smelling wonderful!

We had a great first visit — we were well oriented, and Fudge got his first bath along with a little trim to help him get used to the place and the grooming process. On his second visit, he had a full grooming session, and trust me, he’s rocking his new look! I really appreciate the groomer’s patience and style — they clearly know how to handle pets with care .. Huge shoutout to Sandra for delivering a 10/10 service! 🌟 Her professionalism and attention to detail made the experience exceptional. Also, major respect to the owner of this place — taking the extra initiative to connect with customers and foster a strong sense of business ethics. It truly sets this place apart. 👏🔥

Chowder and I had a great first visit to Woof Gang Grooming! We had the pleasure of having Mateo be the groomer on Chowder's first full body shave with clippers. Even though I didn't have much picture references to show Mateo on how I wanted Chowder to look like, Mateo did perfectly! She knows exactly how I love Chloe’s cut, and she always delivers it perfectly. More than that, Charlene understands Chloe’s anxiety and treats her with so much patience and love that Chloe feels comfortable and safe in her care. Chloe absolutely adores her, and it shows—she always comes out looking beautiful and happy. Charlene has a gift not only with Chloe but with every pup she grooms.
