I will no longer bring my dog to this groomer. I brought my Maltese in with specific instructions to not trim her eyes since when they did this previously, the hair grows directly into her eyes and irritates them. This should be common knowledge with groomers with different breeds. When I picked my dog up, her eyes were trimmed down to the skin. This will take months to grow out and fix. I followed up with the owner, sent pictures and never heard back. This place is extremely pricey and the groomers do not follow breed standards for haircuts. I do not recommend.

Heather did an outstanding job grooming my Bichon! She was professional, kind, and clearly experienced. My pup is already well-behaved, but she still took the time to make him feel comfortable and pampered. His cut was absolutely perfect—fluffy, even, and exactly what I had envisioned. He came back looking adorable and smelling fresh. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a skilled and caring groomer!

Exceeded my expectations! I brought in a reference photo, and the groomer matched it perfectly—his cut was exactly what I asked for. He went in timid and nervous but came out happy and comfortable. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend them!

BEWARE of these SCAMMERS. Took my doodle in for the first time. Asked for a wash and trim up around face only. 3 hours later I get my dog back with a full haircut minus the trim around mouth and face that I asked for. As you could still see the long whiskers as proof that nothing was cut around face at all. They then proceed to charge me full price. Insanity. Not even giving her the trim I asked for but proceed to give her a cut everywhere else. They then offer 1/2 off for next time service. No refund as they said "There was no injuries" So they can basically make up the fact that they misunderstood your service request, then charge a higher price and only offer a small credit for next service. Scam!! Never going back

We rescued a very timid and scared 1 year old golden-doodle who had been dumped at a construction site with no tags, no chip, not neutered, scared and hiding. It took quite a bit to even meet him the first time as he just shook and barked and jumped backwards to hide when anyone tried to engage him at all. I spoke with Lauren, the owner, and explained his situation, and that he was in terrible need of a cut. She explained that she had two groomers that were exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable concerning dogs with fears that would be able to help our puppy through his anxiety. Well sure enough!!
