Very happy with my dog's grooming experience here with Jane. Bailey's fur feels so soft now and he looks so prim and proper with a proper cut and nails trimmed perfectly. All staff was very welcoming and helpful and really loved how well Jane took her time to ask me questions before the appointment to understand my expectations and we are very satisfied with the results! My pups loved the treats as well!!

We recently moved to the Cypress area, and I was dreading finding a new groomer because the cut rarely comes out great on the first try. Oshea did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My guy tends to be nervous about groomer/vet visits but he was completely unbothered when I picked him up. Online booking was so easy and convenient. We will definitely go back when he is due for his next cut!

Since it was my first visit, I didn’t know much about grooming styles, but the team guided me through everything with patience and helped me choose the best option for Pompón. My dog came out happy, calm, and looking adorable, which means everything to me. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and professional grooming service for their pets. 🐶✨

We asked for a trim only to keep our MaltiPoo’s coat long. Jennifer said he was only matted on the back legs, and we showed a photo of the teddy bear look we wanted and she took a photo of it for herself for guidance. Over 2 hours later (after being told it would take less than 2 hours), I received a text to sign a waiver about shaving him down. I called and confirmed with Hailey that only the hind legs would be shaved. We brushed him out the day before so we know he was not that matted. When I picked him up, he was completely shaved down, which was absolutely not what we asked for. My son was with me and was so disappointed—he was excited to see a light trim. The before and after says it all! Went in for my puppy’s first cut and turned out amazing. From scruffy to handsome and in a few snips. Service was amazing, very friendly and clean. Will definitely come back for the next cut.
