UrgentVet was outstanding! When I first took my fur baby, Yoshi, he was really sick. The staff was incredibly caring, compassionate, and informative from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which truly put me at ease. Thanks to their excellent care, Yoshi is looking so much better now, he’s even wagging his tail again! I’m beyond grateful for the love and attention they gave him and highly recommend UrgentVet to anyone in need of urgent pet care.

I brought in my babygirl for an emergency at UrgentVet Katy. I can’t say enough good things about the veterinary doctor and technician who cared for my dog. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything step by step in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped ease my worries. Most importantly, they were so gentle and attentive, making sure my dog felt comfortable and safe while they worked to ease her pain. I truly felt that they cared about her well-being, not just rushing through the appointment. I also really appreciated their honesty and fairness—they didn’t overcharge or recommend anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a team that combines compassion, clear communication, and integrity so well.

Just brought my pup in tonight . All the staff here are very nice, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Pricing is also surprisingly reasonable for an urgent vet visit! They were also fast and have an onsite lab ( unlike my regular vet). Definitely would recommend them for any urgent pet care needs. My baby girl is resting comfortably at home thanks to these sweet professionals!

The vet tech and veterinarian were so nice and compassionate. I took my cat in after she had been acting strangely for a couple of days and unfortunately we ended up having to let her cross the rainbow bridge. They could not have had better bedside while I completely lost it. They let me take all the time I needed with making the decision and with telling Piccante goodbye. I highly recommend them. Will be taking my other animals there for hopefully better outcome visits.

today is Thanksgiving and without these people, I don’t know what else I could’ve done. My cat had an emergency today, every single vet rejected us because they’re closed for Thanksgiving, even the “emergency vets” and this was the only vet that accepted us and took my cat in to help him. I really recommend these people. Everyone was nice. They took great care of my cat. I was afraid of high prices, but they give me a great estimate.
