They were proactive with their response online and Edward was a very professional and knowledgeable sales rep that was helpful with all my questions even after the initial meeting. Cesar, Arturo & Jose were professional, efficient and impressively strong as they cared for our furniture and installed our new carpet. The installation went smoothly and the carpet looks and feels amazing! We will be recommending Carpet Now for their amazing service and quality product!

Jose and his team came on time. Install went quick. Jose walked me through before furniture was put back in rooms and ensured satisfaction of job done.

Very timely, very professional and outstanding installation. Two bedrooms approximately 15‘ x 15‘. They worked well with the other contractors while tile work was being done in another portions of the house. Very pleased!

I can't say enough great things about my Carpet Now experience - from initial consult to the time the install crew pulled away it was 5 stars. James B did an amazing job consulting with us on potential options as well as ran through what to expect from start to finish. He priced out the job and was super transparent about product and associated pricing. He was very supportive of us "sleeping on it" and once we said "go", got us scheduled and handed off to the install team. The install team showed up on time, worked super diligently, were VERY polite, and cleaned up thoroughly after completion. They were able to complete all the carpeted areas of our house in one day! Great job, great experience, highly recommended.
