Woodlands Pet Food & Treats

A wonderful pet store with plenty of food, treats, and toys for the fur babies at home. I had a fantastic experience today with the store manager Kevin. He was extremely helpful and kind and friendly and courteous. He opened up a rewards program for me and now I can start earning points for the rewards program. Very happy with my experience today. Kevin is beyond an amazing and awesome manager, he gave the best customer service I ever experienced in a long time— beyond patient, helpful, and the sweetest personality. I was extremely impressed and love this cute boutique pet store. I plan on shopping here every time I’m in town—- they have everything. ❤️

The store has the goodies but not all brands. It has a wide variety of treats and I suggest the hamburger patties disc treats my friends dog that I was pet sitting loved them. The girl at the front desk was so so nice she made the experience rememberable she was so down to earth and helpful. I really liked her customer service she gets a 5 star. The only reason I gave the store 4 stars is because they didn’t have my brand although it is a common brand. I had a good experience and prices were lower than expected.

I have been to this store twice. The first time was to grab a harness and a leash and I ended up leaving with not only that, but a vacuum brush for my husky that I was looking for and havent found! The second time was today to give my babies a bath. I like how the showers are self-service and extremely clean and spacious. And also love the customer service as well as the treats and food. All great quality

I love having a neighborhood pet store where the staff clearly loves animals and wants to help you find the best choice for your pet. A very kind woman working last Thursday afternoon didn’t even wait for me to ask a question. She asked the question about my pets and their needs. Then she helped me find a fantastic new food for my picky girl!! I’ve been many other places where pets aren’t as respected, and the pristine condition of Woodlands Pet is something to be appreciated. My *ONLY* request would be a larger clothes and accessories section for more “fashion forward” dogs or just more selection altogether for sporty dogs too 🤩 You could do a popup shop within the store but we’ll call it 🫢 PawpUp…featuring gear made my local craftspeople, mix and match collar/leash/poop bag/tag bundles,

For the last 6 months I've been coming to this location. I would have given 5 stars until today. I went in to bathe my pup and the tub was covered in a bleach chemical. When I talked to an employee I was assured no bleach was ever used there. Not even on the premises. And yet, it smelled of bleach and my shirt is now ruined. More so, my dog was exposed to harmful chemicals. Very unhappy.
