Everyone is so nice here. They are always ready to help us and our dog. Christina is quick to reply and always helpful. She returned my text off hours and got me in touch with Vic who coordinates boarding and also is especially proficient and so kind. She’s got professionalism rarely seen in customer service these days. Her phone skills and ability to not only handle the reservation for boarding but to investigate and schedule the needed support appointments for getting our dog eligible for the stay was swiftly done! No excuses about it not being her job to handle those things and transferring me to hold for someone else was refreshing. I had to put my heart dog down on Monday. They came highly recommended and now I know why. We recieved nothing but kindness and compassion. I was able to come in a side door and didn't have to share my grief with anyone other than my family. This was the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life and having caring staff makes a huge difference. I recieved a hand written letter from the vet who helped us cross my beloved Samson over his rainbow bridge. It was beautiful and filled with his paw prints and nose prints. I'll forever be greatful.

Have used this vet for checkups, boarding, and emergency care...the staff are so warm and welcoming, attentive, and kind. We don't live in town anymore but drove our dog 6 hours round trip for x-rays and an exam with the team last April after an injury because we trust them and their love for him more than any local vet clinic we could find. Have considered making annual trips to Woodland just for his checkups, they are that good!

I moved here from Montana where I had a 501 3C animal rescue. Since moving here I have struggled to find a veterinarian that I trust that is Affordable. Between my son and myself we have several dogs. A few weeks ago we had a medical emergency with my son's 5-year-old yellow lab Bruce. Frantically I called one of the Vets I had used in Davis they did not take emergency visits. My neighbor told me about Woodland Veterinary I called them while driving hoping they would take him in. They told me they would be ready and waiting by the door. When I pulled up the girls were there ready with a gurney. If i could give zero stars I would. We were clients here for years and years and got treated like shit during our last visit and throughout the follow up. Quite possibly the worst "office manager" ive ever dealt with and that is saying a lot. Denied my dog allergy medication because of a bill (due 1/1) that my mother owed (it was 12/29). Insisted that I pay it off before they let me pick up medication for my dog. This bill was for another animal and was due in 2 days yet for some reason I was not able to get allergy medication I had already established at the $350 appointment I paid for the week before. Taking all of our animals elsewhere.
