We’ve been taking our dog here for around 10 months. We’ve never had an issue. But something has changed between April and now. They are impossible to get ahold of. We called and called and called…no answer. We left voice mails, no return calls. The message says to text them your information and we did, no response. I finally had to go down there in person just to make an appointment. We brought our dog in last week and everything went as usually…great job, looked and smelled great. Fast forward to today (a week later) and my dog is randomly laying on the floor and her ear flopped back. I just happened to notice an unusual white mass in her ear. Since she’s prone to infections I was worried it was cartilage overgrowth from excessive itching. I touch it and realize it’s like fabric. I check

After many years of not having my dog due to unfortunate circumstances, I was finally able to get her back into my care and she desperately needed to be groomed. I called Elaine’s grooming this morning and they were able to squeeze my dog in for full grooming service. Elaine and the whole stuff were so caring, understanding and kind. They treated my dog Selena as their own and did an amazing job! Thank you so much!!!! She looks so beautiful!! ❤️

Took my 2-year-old Yorkie in this morning. Rosie was amazing, and kind, explained everything. It had been the first time I had been there. My little fur baby looked fantastic. I highly recommend them. The only suggestion I would have is you are able to leave a gratuity when using a credit card / debit card. I don't commonly carry cash.

These lovely folks truly have the pets best interest in heart. They made the time to help my pets skin even though we just came in for a nail trip. They were kind when I got overwhelmed and made sure my dogs got the grooming they needed. I will be going back for sure.

Absolute gem! Yvonne was incredibly kind and empathetic. I’m caring for my elderly mom, and my disabled sister and her tripod doggo, Hugh. The disability is new and it’s been hard on Hugh. I love him but I’m a cat person so I’m clueless. Yvonne had us come early so he’d be alone in a quiet space. She treated him gently and his tail was up and wagging when I picked him up. He made the car smell like coconut rum and he was so happy to be clean and itchy-free. TLDR-I highly recommend these kind ladies for working with an anxious doggies
