Wolf River Pet Hospital

Our senior diabetic cat has been under Dr. Allen’s care for 2 years, and she’s doing extremely well; healthier, more energetic, she even runs up and down the stairs like a younger cat. What really touched us about Wolf River Pet Hospital was the kindness beyond duty. The day before the snow lockdown, we brought our cat in to board for a few weeks. But the snow lockdown created a few problems. Dr. Allen didn’t turn us away; she took our cat home and cared for our cat with her children. We’re so grateful for her dedication and generosity.

From the moment I walked into this hospital, from the moment I walked out I felt loved and so did my precious Sir Banks. Dr. Allen confirmed that my beloved boy had a a mass tumor. She said it was very small and she was shocked that I even found it cause it was so tiny. She wanted to remove it sooner than later. She removed it and it was a low braid zero with a 2% chance of coming back. I am beyond blessed and she got all the margins around it. She is a wonderful, wonderful surgeon and veterinarian and so is Dr. White because I went in there for a follow up and Dr. White was pleasant, lovely and kind and to all of the staff. I am so forever grateful for you all you’re wonderful, kind, loving and treat everyone that comes in there like they’re your own pets. I am forever grateful, thank you

Dr. Allen is the most thorough vet I've ever brought a cat to. She doesn't just put a band-aid on symptoms, she actually investigates on a deeper level. When my cat suddenly became ill, she did comprehensive diagnostics and consulted with specialists about the imaging. When she suspected a potential emergency, she didn't hesitate to recommend I get a second opinion at urgent care. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and worked with me to create a comprehensive treatment plan. My cat is already doing so much better after just one day of proper care. The facility is top notch and the staff is kind. Everyone is clearly excellent at their job and the whole practice runs smoothly.

We had a great first visit with Wolf River Pet Hospital! We appreciated the friendly staff, thorough examination, how they spoke to us and answered questions thoroughly without speaking down to us, and how accommodating they were to our needs and requests.

I've been bringing my fur baby here for a little over a year. Every time we visit I know he is getting the best care possible. They are thorough, compassionate, and patient. Moby even loves coming in! I couldn't ask for a better veterinarian to take care of my Moby. Everyone at Wolf River is absolutely fantastic, but those who I have interacted with and truly respect and appreciate are: Dr. Allen obviously, Dr. Ellis, Dr. White, and definitely the front of office staff — primarily Cheryle and Samantha (sorry if misspelled). I've worked with all so many times and they are always so patient and understanding. I can't tell you how much that helps when you're dealing with a sick fur baby. It's makes all the difference.
