Wizard of Paws Pet Grooming

Been customer for 3 yrs, to reschedule is not a cancellation. Due to my factors running late, I was given a window additional of 7 minutes for arrival time. I was out 15 minutes away. I didn't cancel my appointment, they cancelled my appointment. And to reschedule one must pay the cost of the provider service beforehand to reschedule. And still be charged a cancellation fee otherwise. The only alternative was to beat the clock, possibly putting my self in danger and others. Wasn't willing to do that. I can admit my punctuality wasn't perfect today. In a reality in not so perfect world. For that reason I am talking my money elsewhere.

I wouldn’t trust any other groomer to take care of my girls! They always come out looking and smelling their best and always seem so happy to be at Wizard of Paws. The workers are always so friendly and so professional! Always willing to answer any questions I may have regarding my two girls 😇❤️ I highly recommend them to everyone who wants their fur babies well taken care of!

I’ve tried a few groomers in the past, but this experience was a step above the rest at Wizard of Paws! Not only did my dog come home looking and smelling fantastic, but you could tell he had been handled with real care and attention. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient, especially with dogs who may be nervous. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and it shows in the results. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their pet pampered and safe!

Highly recommend! They did an amazing job of grooming my timid poodle. She looks amazing. So happy to have found them!

Wizard of Paws has been great to us! Brinn has been going here for grooming for 8 years now and the love and care they provide our fur baby is fabulous! Everyone from the salon is very friendly even when bumping into them outside of the salon. 🐾❤️
