After ONE phone call, I would NOT feel comfortable leaving my dog with this groomer. One can take note of lack of professionalism. , uneasy tone and coldness that was felt with in a 2 minute phone call. I started off the call friendly and kind “Good morning, how are you doing today”, I was met with confusion and uneasiness, and in less than two minutes that escalated quickly... If you (person answering the business line) immediately expressed displeasure of being asked (by a potential customer) a question, considering the day of the week.... simple solution to avoid losing a potential customer.... •••don’t answer the phone and then give short and dry attitude to a potential customer $$$. Maybe.... (? Let us leave A voicemail) I’ve witnessed a business being successfully ran for over 30
Julie is a strong lady who listens. My little dog was scared of her at first but he seems fine now. They both look great and comfortable after she grooms them.
Best in show!!! Julie and Bubble Bath Jerry are so loving and do a beautiful job on my four legged baby. Highly recommend!!!

Doesn't do large dogs. But was very nice about trying to help me elsewhere
