Wise County Animal Hospital

Just curious. I went to the office today (Wednesday 2/25/26) at 1:00pm to pick up meds for my cat, Charlie, and the lights were off and the door was locked. No note on the door or anything. What's up? Update: Thanks, my bad. I'll remember that in the future.

We had an established Vet and when it came time for our beautiful Newfoundland to cross through Rainbow Bridge, our Vet was unable to accommodate due circumstances beyond their control and we wouldn't be able to get in for a week. A local Vet wouldn’t to do the procedure because our girl was not their patient. We called Wise County Animal Hospital and they were able to accommodate us that same day. The staff was awesome and Dr Lawson was compassionate. Needless to say, we are going to switch to Wise County Animal Hospital for our Veterinarian needs. Thank you team. You were with us in this most difficult time.

We had to put our dog down today. The vet and his assistant were so compassionate and caring. We will always use this vet. Thanks for showing love during this hard day. The Reynolds

They are incredible! Our dog was showing complications and was not acting his normal self. We took him here and within 20 minutes found out he was a diabetic. They informed me of everything that needed to be done. They provided insulin and all the supplies to send him home with. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have taken him to. Price was incredible if you love your animal.

I haven't personally been here but this goes for ALL vets... READ THIS CAREFULLY... Its August 10. It's 3:39 in the morning. On a sunday. A day that vet EVERYWHERE ain't open. Im sitting here right now watching my cat die, he cant move, hes throwing up on himself and useing the bathroom on himself and VERRY unresponsive. Everything online said to go to a vet ASAP. Im just hopeing he lives until Monday because every vet around here is closed on Sunday... a Sunday that my cat needs yall. Im not blaming yall for this. Im only asking rhat you PLEASE open your doors on Sundays because right now, what yall COULD do today, isn't gonna matter by Monday. PLEASE open your doors on Sundays. Not all of us get the extra day to save our animals. Please consider this
