Terrible customer service! Went in to buy a heater I looked at the tag said 229$( there was 2 left on shelf) went to pay rang up 427$ so they wouldn’t sell me the heater because incompetent employees couldn’t tag it or put them in correct space.
Visited the store the day before Christmas Eve so it was busy and crowded but all employees were friendly and helpful
Tractor Supply is my go-to spot for pet and livestock food. I get all my dog food and chicken feed here for my 15 chickens. Prices are the best I’ve found, definitely cheaper than Rural King, and the selection is solid. The employees are always kind and helpful, which makes shopping even better. Highly recommend for anyone with animals!
Needed to make a return and the manager was completely unhelpful and rude. When shown the company policy for returns he refused to take the return even though it was clearly able to be returned and flat out refused to call his supervisor to confirm he was right or wrong about the return policy of tractor supply. Will never spend another penny in that store and have spoke to several other people who are unhappy with this store manager
