Hands down the best groomer I have ever taken my dog to. I called for an appointment and left a message and someone returned my call promptly within a few hours. It is a small operation with just a few people and they take a limited number of reservations each day, so you need to call in advance and be patient. When I dropped off my elderly pup, she and I were both warmly greeted at the door, and we were welcomed calmly to not stress her out. They were very attentive and patient while we filled out the paperwork. Just a few hours later I got a call that she was all finished with her appointment. Expecting a typically nail trimming and quick bath, they had painstakingly brushed out her undercoat and thoroughly bathed her. They even clipped her nails (which she hates!). I am really impressed

Drive across Orlando to this Highly recommended groomer only to be disappointed. There is NO symmetry to my dog. The right side of his face is no joke 1 inch longer then the left side!! The left side is choppy with no blending!!! I’m so upset. The fact that I have to now go to an ADDITIONAL groomer just to clean up this up is beyond me. Seems like a rushed job on a Friday.

I love this groomer! They take such great care of my Princess. I've used them for years and they always do such a phenomenal job.
