We’ve been taking our dogs, Baker and Bella, to Winslow’s Wags and Wiggles for months, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. Chris is fantastic with them and always makes sure they’re comfortable before getting started. Both dogs come home clean, relaxed, and groomed exactly how we asked. It’s definitely a relief knowing they’re in good hands. really disappointed in the service we got for our dog. we are new in the area and were looking forward to this being our dogs new grooming spot! i sent Chris pictures and videos of what we wanted and also spoke with him about the expectation on the phone. Our dog was given the complete opposite of this. All of his hair was shaved off and he looks nothing like the reference photos. He is itchy and hasn’t stopped rubbing his body against everything and his eyes have remained red. I communicated this feedback with the owner and let him know the appropriate way to go about things would have been to call the customer to let them know he cannot do as promised rather than texting because had that been the case we would have said for him to leave our dog as he was. We just took our Lucy and Suzie to Chris!! He is amazing! We got picture updates and he's checked up on them afterwards. Chris made us feel comfortable and that our babies were safe in his hands. Definitely plan to continue taking our babies to him!! 10/10 recommend!!
