We had issues getting auto delivery set up and a big thank you to Dave and his patience setting us up. Thank you also to the manager who helped us also! She was awesome! You have two extremely valuable employees with these two! This store is located in Mason Ohio . Please acknowledge Dave and the young female manager. !!!

Brought my two cats in for appointments at the Banfield inside of this location. The Vets were super sweet, however as i was exiting the store, the cashier whom i needed to have ZERO interaction with yelled at me “do you have an invoice?”, in front of a lengthy line of people waiting to check out. I had my hands full and my toddler with me and was beyond confused as i didn’t hear him yell at the person who left with their dog before me. So i handed the cashier my very thick packet of paperwork that i could only get from paying for the services my cats just had and he BARELY looked at it and then handed it back and said “sorry”. Made me extremely uncomfortable and i was honestly embarrassed that someone in that store thought i was stealing services, without asking the vet tech at the banfie

This is really for the Pets Hotel and Doggy Day Camp. They do such a great job. We come down for visits and I feel realy confident leaving my dog here. The people seem to really like dogs and treat mine well.

Great store. Alot of price differences. You can get what you need. Honestly, if you can afford it, spend the time to go to a specific pet store. Most of them help the fuzzy budy community. Great selection, but it is a limited space retail facility. You can't always get what you want, or what you need at the price you can afford. Great people at every PetSmart I have visited.

Great experience with Izzy our groomer. Our dog is a bit skittish and she was lovely with her. I'd recommend her highly.
