Loved this place! From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience. You can interact with the ferrets, see (and even accidentally get nipped by!) the sugar gliders, and check out bunnies, snakes, exotic fish, and more. Healthy, happy animals that will make a great pet for anyone. They carry supplements, toys, food, and all the essentials—this is the closest store to Sterling, VA where I’ve been able to find supplies for exotic pets like sugar gliders. The staff is friendly, down‑to‑earth, and genuinely helpful. While some items may be a bit cheaper online, the prices here aren’t far off, and it was absolutely worth the 2‑hour drive to get what we needed right away. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and super helpful. I chatted with a team member on their website before I went in. The lady helped me easily and remembered me. She also gave me some great suggestions. My two new budgies are safely in their new home

Great local fish store! They have a decent selection of fish and plants, and a okayish selection of hardscape, specifically wood. I get my RO water here for my freshwater aquariums, and that is pretty convenient. Water reads less than 9ppm tds so that works great for me. They also have a great combination of rodents, reptiles, and birds. My kid loves to walk around and look at the animals while I get my fish stuff.

Stopped in this evening for some sold water snails and crabs and ended up buying a few other items. Pricing was very reasonable and the staff were helpful and friendly. I will be back when I decide to expand… maybe an office reef setup.

I love this store, but I must say the prices are high, especially for the animals. I have been going to this place for years and will continue to do so, no matter what the prices are. The sales girl was super nice and attentive.
