Love , Love "Plaza Pet Clinic"! We have been taking our Pets here for around 4 years or so and have never had a problem with anything or anyone. Everyone is always Very friendly and Compassionate and treats Your Pets as Part of the Family, Like they are! Questions and Concerns have always been Addressed Promptly and Treated if needed. I Feel in todays times, treatment / Prices seem fair for services rendered along with the added Compassion and friendliness. Arguably the Best in the Winchester Area! "Emily" was "Cleopatra's" Vet Tech today and did an awsome Job with caring for Cleo. She explained things thoroughly and answered anything thrown her way! Great Job Emily, "Thank You"!

Plaza Pet Clinic has been our go to for two years now. They have always been wonderful with our pets, but the care we received yesterday was above and beyond in every way. We took our cat, Sweet Girl, in for a sick appointment (that we got very quickly) because she was bloated and lethargic. They quickly assessed Sweet Girl and had her back for an X-Ray within 10 minutes of us walking in the door. We found out Sweet Girl had a deadly infection that would have caused her to go into septic shock had Plaza not caught it. The whole team stayed later so we wouldn’t have to go to the emergency vet and pay 5x more than what we did there. The price was so reasonable. We’ve been coming to plaza for a very long time and always have a great experience. The staff is kind, knowledgable, and genuinely cares for the animals. Emily took care of us today with Dr Dempsky and they were both great!

Emily was my tech today and she is absolutely wonderful! She even listened to my story about going to see the Monks. The doctor was great too! Although the news wasn’t the best, I know my baby will be in good hands.

We have never had a bad experience at Plaza Pet. Every Vet and Vet Tech has always been so kind and thorough with our aging diabetic dog. They are always accommodating with schedules and also communicative through every test result or needed action. The front desk team is so incredibly lovely.
