I love Win -Star Bed and Biscuit. We have been taking ours dogs there for many years. Our current dog (Shiloh)is a challenging, old (13) hound dog. She makes a lot of noise and doesn't follow directions very well. She loves boarding at the B&B when we have to be away from home. Every other place we ever took her for boarding or grooming, we would have to drag her in and she would bay/bark non-stop. Not at Win-Star Bed & Biscuit. She looks over her shoulder briefly then off she goes without a sound. She once jumped out of the car window when we parked in an attempt to get inside faster. When we pick her up she's in no rush to leave. I never feel guilty leaving her. I know she is happy and we'll cared for.

Couldn't be happier with the service here, aside from the 10:00 a.m. rule. Even if you drop the dog off at 4:00 p.m., if you don't pick the dog up by 10:00 a.m. on whatever day you are picking up, then that counts as a full day. On the bright side, they always seem to have room.

Great staff, clean, well-run. The classes are great! Boarding is easy and I feel comfortable leaving my pets in their care.

We bring our dogs, American Bully, “Primo” and Chihuahua mix “Tosca” (who mean the world our family) to Bed and Biscuit often, for over two years now. Our beloved pets are always returned healthy, itch/virus free, with weight unchanged, often bathed and nails clipped upon request. The staff has helped us out on short notice several times and goes above and beyond to work with us to save a days fee, by extending a pick-up time window (within reason). During holidays we’ve been gifted take home treat bags for the dogs, disposable leashes, that we use several times for other uses…(such as vet drop-offs). Pick up is always hassle free, quick and without mistakes as our belonging and pets are handed back to us; while sharing some short stories about how the dogs spent their days at the facility

We have always used Win-star to board and groom our dogs. Not only do we know that they're safe and in good hands, but we return from trips to dogs that have been freshly "fluffed and puffed." When we planned a week-long vacation, my husband suggested that we have his friend's son housesit for us instead of boarding the dogs. "Theyll be safe at home," he said. "Besides, then someone will be at the house and it wont look like we're gone. My buddy's son is a good kid and is in training to become a firefighter. He loves dogs!" We invited the buddy's son (I'll call him BS) over to meet the dogs, see the house, and see where he'd be staying. After BS left, I called Tammie to cancel our boarding reservation. A few days into our vacation, my neighbor texted me: she hadn't seen the housesitter
