Grit City Veterinary Surgical Center

Grit City is a wonderful place to get your pets the help they need. My vet thought my 14 year old chihuahuas had pyometra but told me how much the surgery was and i couldn’t afford it but Grit City was extremely reasonable and helpful. They cared for my dog like it was their own and walked me through all the steps easily on how they’d do it, how much it would be, what would cost and wouldn’t. They also got me in immediately! I called same day at the vet visit and was able to get her spayed within one day only because I couldn’t same day. They updated me when my dog was in surgery and when they finished and they answered all my questions about my dogs medicine and how her recovery would be. I highly recommend 10/10 :) Thank you Grit City for being so reasonable and helping us out.

We were referred to Grit City Vet from another vet who said they are more affordable for surgeries since that’s their main focus. We brought our cat to them for bladder crystal removal but during surgery they found the huge cancer mass that was causing all the issues and pain. Needless to say we had them lay out kitty to rest and they were just over the top kind, supportive and professional. They even sent us these flowers with a sweet card. I’ve already referred may friends to Grit City. Thanks for everything 🤍

THE BEST! My puppy swallowed a whole toy 3-4 inches in length and it was serious. We initially went to an ER to diagnose, which was wild. The crew at Grit City got us scheduled quick and did a fantastic job. From Zack at the front desk, to Casey, the Nurse, and Dr. Michel, It was a fantastic experience all the way around. Everyone was kind. Kept me laughing, through a very stressful experience. I cannot recommend them enough, five stars does not do them justice. I hope you never need their services, but if you do you'll enjoy going through it with them. Great professionals and wonderful humans.

Dr. Michel is a great veterinarian, and it’s clear that he has poured his heart into creating and designing this facility. Not only is the clinic beautiful and thoughtfully built, but Dr. Corey himself truly has a heart of gold when it comes to his patients. He genuinely cares about the animals he treats and always strives for the best outcomes. His compassion and dedication really stand out. I do recommend this center if your cat or dog needs a surgical procedure. The care provided is great, and the services are also very fair and affordable.

Everything about our experience at Grit City Vet has been incredible! Kc was our tech and she was so kind with our one year old German Shepherd puppy! He is still learning all of his manners and Kc she was patient, non-judgemental, caring throughout! The front desk team was amazing too. We recieved personal updates with each step of the process. And the price was incredivle for everything they did for us! 10/10 recommend!
