Mud Bay

Mudbay was so sweet, I bought three party accessories and a set of birthday cookies, they threw in an extra cookie with a handwritten note, wishing us a happy party!! I also now order my big mags of dog food for them, they recommended it to save me effort in carrying them to and fro, very much appreciated!!!

We love, love Mudd Bay. They’ve the best food for our kitties Kitties have different tastes; Mud Bay checks all boxes for satisfying their different taste buds. Excellent selection of cat toys. Even better than Mud Bay’s food , treat & toy selection is the OUTSTANDING staff: personable & ever so knowledgeable. The company conducts their own pet food research & testing.

I am a pet owner who appreciates the attentive and knowledgeable staff and the clean and orderly appearance of the Stadium MudBay store. From the “Welcome in” of first entry to the warm “Thank you” at check-out, this store exudes familial like friendship. This week exceeded the usual joy with a surprise “birthday greeting “ for my dog from which I am inspired to write a brief review. Upon our entry to the store, Melissa stepped out into the aisle wearing a party hat and a dancer’s stride. From behind the shelving, Kate’s, also with a pointed hat on head, knelt on the floor, turkey tendon in hand and celebration in heart. My dog, Nutmeg, ate it up - that is both the loving attention and divine turkey tendon. The day happened to be National Princess Day. I purchased a crown hat for Nutmeg ,

This place is simply the best. I cannot stress enough how great the employees are! Katie is always helping out doing whatever she can to help me get my incredibly picky cat to find her favorite food! It is a little pricier, however you don't even see a lot of the products carried here at your pets marts or pets co. The items mud bay carries are high quality, if you want to feed your little furry friend the best of the best you HAVE to come here and just talk to the staff. They are so helpful it's crazy. Do yourself (and your loved furry ones) a favor and try some items here. Do some research online about the products you're interested and boom! My cat loves the Fussie Cat dry food bags and the Rawz canned wet food, neither of which can you find at competitors. They even have a return polic

I walked into Mud Bay thinking I’d just grab some dog food. I walked out feeling like my dog and I had been to a spa, a TED talk, and a family reunion all at once. The staff don’t just know about pets—they seem to know MY pet. Within 30 seconds, they somehow guessed Audrey (my dog) prefers to be treated like the actress she is named after. They helped us find the perfect fit for her new pink harness. It was easy to put on her and I know now our walks will feel more like being on a fashion runway. I half expect them to roll out a red carpet and announce her arrival over the intercom the next time we come in. Customer service this good makes you wonder: are these people trained, or were they just born angels who decided to devote their lives to pets? Either way, Mud Bay turned a simple err
