10/10!!! I can HAPPILY and confidently recommend WillowCreek to anybody I know!! I've used them twice for boarding (once for one pup and once for two), and each time I've been thoroughly satisfied and impressed. Jessica is so friendly, so kind, and so welcoming of any and all questions and concerns! As a first time dog mom, I was scared that my pups would think they were getting abandoned again (both being shelter rescues), but she assured me they'd be just fine, and they definitely were. The shelter is clean, well-managed, and so open and comforting for the dogs that stay there. One of my pups has pretty bad anxiety, but jumped right out of my car when we pulled up and she saw where we were for her second stay! As a bonus, Jessica is always more than accommodating if you want to text her

Our first choice for grooming and overnight stays! Jessica and team have now taken care of two of our dogs. Our elderly pup Scout was treated with care, as she no longer liked to socialize with other dogs. Our new pup Woody looks so sharp after every grooming, and has made new friends on his overnight stays. It is clear that Jessica and team LOVE dogs!

Sadie (8yr old goldendoodle) stayed for 10 days and was well cared for! This was only her 2nd time being kenneled so we were anxious as to how it would go- she loved her time with new “friends” and she was well loved! She didn’t freak out returning to be groomed a few days later-which we felt was a great sign! Jess has a great business in a very convenient location for us!

During my recent vacation, I entrusted Willow Creek Kennels with the care of my dog, and I am very grateful for their excellent service. While I appreciate the comfort of home care, I believe that a kennel environment can help pets acclimate to routines and provide opportunities for socialization with other dogs, reducing feelings of loneliness during their owners' absence. Willow Creek Kennels ensured my dog felt comfortable and at home, regularly sending updates, photos, and funny messages. I was initially concerned about leaving my pet with someone else, but their professionalism and communication reassured me completely. Additionally, their services are offered at an affordable rate. I highly recommend Willow Creek Kennels for boarding.

Magnum loves his slumber parties here! Wonderful outdoors to play and kennels are beautiful. Jessica is incredible with them all? She keeps us posted with all the fun pics.
