Willow Pet Hospital

We have looked hard for a Vet here in Charlotte. We have been to many and while we liked some of the doctors some have staff that ruined the whole experience. After my visit to Willow Pet Hospital, I can honestly say Dr McDonald has created a completely pleasant hospital careing for both the pet and owner. She cultivates a welcoming and compassionate environment in the staff. I look forward to future visits as we determine the treatment my little friend, Ace. I highly recommend both staff and doctor.

I decided to try out Willow because I felt my last vet didn’t really hear my concerns. First let me say the place is so nice and clean. The staff were all so friendly. I saw Dr. MacDonald and I couldn’t be happier. She was caring and really made sure I understood every option and plan of treatment for my pup Chowder. You can tell this is her passion and that makes me feel amazing. You’re definitely not just another appointment or number here. They also are extremely fair priced for the care you receive . I’ll be coming back to Willow from here on out. Chowder and I thank you !

Took my youngest cat Willow to see Dr. MacDonald today for her first visit at Willow Pet Hospital. MacDonald and her staff made Willow feel right at home! Everyone was super friendly and they provided great care to my girl. She usually hates going to the vet, but they gave her treats and calmed her nerves. If you are looking for a new vet, I would highly recommend making an appointment here. My other two cats will be coming for their visits soon. Keep up the great work!!

Wow. Cannot say enough great things about this location and its staff! They provided 5 star care for me and my cats You are greeted by a beautiful office and a wonderful group of staff who obviously enjoy their job as well as working with each other. They were quick to make sure me and my cats were comfortable and accommodated as best as possible. Services were priced fairly. The staff were very careful and loving with my cats and made sure to listen to what I had to say, and also explain what they thought and what they were doing throughout the exam. These are the best cat handlers I’ve ever had the pleasure of vetting with and I am ecstatic for myself and my cats to be a customer of theirs going forward. Could not recommend them enough!!!
