Dr. Scott and her team are excellent! My cat who is almost 13 has tooth resorption and needed multiple extractions. They touched base with me almost every day throughout her recovery to check on her and were very responsive when I had questions even over the weekend. Highly recommended!

Exceptional. Dr. Janisch IS the standard. Having to take my baby to get surgery was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. I was so anxious about putting him under anesthesia. After my consult, I knew that this was the place I wanted to have it done at. Dr. Janisch was so kind to him from the moment she met him; he usually gets anxious at vet visits and shakes, but he was so at ease with her calm approach. She took the time to explain all of her recommendations to me so well. I was updated throughout the surgery and provided with detailed written instructions for the night before and post-op. Truly incredible practice. This is what veterinary medicine should be. I have a tiny old fluff demon (11 yo Pom) who is high risk for anesthesia due to heart disease. Dr. Scott worked with me to really inform me of the risks, consult multiple specialists, and handle pre med, anesthesia, and recovery very carefully. Everyone at this practice is a lovely human. The kindness, the frequent and quick replies to my random questions, the considered follow ups, everything was amazing. My dog is a little over a week out from 10 extractions and he's never been better. He's like a whole new dog.

Dr. Duncan and her team are the most professional providers we’ve experienced over the course of our dogs’ lives. The skill Dr Duncan brings to keeping your dog safe and well managed is unmatched. She considers all of your dogs conditions when developing her plan. Our dogs pain was well controlled after each procedure. We drove from Atlanta on multiple occasions for each of our dogs- that’s how good she is. You and your dog will be taken care of, I highly recommend her.

I had to bring my dog in to the professionals to get six teeth pulled. Dr. Duncan and her staff were wonderful from the consultation to the post-op appointment. I knew at the time of the consultation that this was going be the best place to care for my sweet boy. Dr. Duncan was thorough and explained everything from beginning to end. All of the staff was caring and compassionate and gentle. At the day of his surgery, they kept me informed the entire time and took such special care of him.
